Willow Wisdom: A Rooted and Flowing Qigong Practice
Willow Wisdom Qigong* teaches us how to stay rooted and centered while navigating the challenges and chaos of life with flexibility and ease. This workshop will include a traditional Qigong movement practice along with time for a brief meditation and self-reflection. Qigong recognizes our interconnectedness with all beings and draws wisdom from our natural surroundings, so please come prepared to do a significant portion of the workshop outdoors, weather permitting. All ability levels welcome. Can be performed standing or seated in casual attire.
