    Join us for an experience for everyone to explore the seasonal beauty found on the monastery grounds in summer. Experienced tour guides will share the story of Caring for the Earth and help participants deepen their relationship with this land. Meet at the kiosk in the monastery building parking lot. Tours will last 1-2 hours. We will proceed with the tour in the event of light to moderate rain but cancel for thunderstorms or other severe weather.   • Beyond Imagination: Community Art Exhibit Opening Reception

    Join us on Sunday, July 27, 2025 for the opening reception of Beyond Imagination the newest art exhibit at Holy Wisdom Monastery. This exhibit features artwork by Holy Wisdom community members using techniques including painting, batik, stained glass, colored pencil, weaving, pastels, photography and block and monotype prints. In 2024, 28 people from a variety of monastery communities, had their work in the exhibit. The opening reception will be held after Sunday Assembly worship, from 10:30 am - noon.   • No Other Land Film & Discussion

    Join us for the viewing and discussion of No Other Land, an Academy Award winning documentary between Palestinian activist and Israeli journalist about the destruction of the West Bank community. The event is sponsored by the Sunday Assembly Social Justice Committee and will take place in the Holy Wisdom Monastery guest dining room. Popcorn will be served.
