    You are invited to the Advent Brunch on Sunday, Dec. 7 at 10:00 am, after Sunday Assembly worship, to welcome the season. Please bring a festive side dish or sweets to share. We will provide an egg dish. Cello students of George Teague will play music in the gathering area during the brunch.

    Join us for a contemplative Taizé Prayer near the winter solstice, the shortest day and longest night of the year, to reflect on our loss, grief, sadness and loneliness. This event will replace our regular midday prayer at 11:45 am. The event will take place in the Monastery Assembly Room. Consider extending your experience by staying longer and attending lunch at the monastery. Join us for a Family Gathering to experience the joy of anticipation in community. The Wisconsin Council of Churches has been involved in work at the intersection of faith and civil society for decades.
